Rutgers Camden provides a small school atmosphere with big benefits. The name of rutgers allows for many opportunities to work with other programs and institutions. The faculty and staff at Rutgers work diligently to ensure that students have important instruments needed and work to have up to date technology on campus.

The Student Success Coach Office has had a significant impact on me throughout my time here at Rutgers-University Camden. I remember being contacted by the Success Coach Office as a senior in high school back in 2019 before I officially started my collegiate career. I felt welcomed and at ease knowing that I not only had a personal coach dedicated to my academic success during my time, but I also began to realize that I had an entire department full of resources as well in addition to my assigned coach that was invested in my success.

OSDFA helped me find the fellowship that would be the best fit and navigated the application process alongside me. With their help I was awarded a DAAD scholarship! I spent 2 years in Germany earning my Master of Public Policy, exploring a new language/culture, and making lifelong connections. I would encourage any student who is thinking about applying for a Fellowship to go for it-you never know what will happen!

As a Mountainview Community participant, the experience here at Rutgers-Camden has been phenomenal. My appreciation for the support system in the Learning Center for Student Academic Success cannot be overstated. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this program as it has provided me with a peaceful space to further my academic studies. When needed, there is always someone around to assist in the name of academic excellence.
